Bass Appraisal Group, LLC, is a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm based in Carrollton, Georgia. We have 89 years of combined experience in the appraisal business. Our vast experience with a wide array of property types, complicated valuations, and detailed analysis means we provide you with a valuation in which you will have confidence. Although our services are concentrated to the Northwest Georgia region, we have appraised properties throughout much of Georgia, and in areas of Alabama and Tennessee.
